Transports that can be organized on long or short tour basis are:
a. Deluxe cars – Made in India, brands include Mercedes Benz, Ford,
Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Skoda, Daewoo, Hyundai, etc.
b. Small to medium salon, for up to 4 – from rugged indigenous to
India made international brands.
c. Town and
county – vehicles to carry from 5 to 9 passengers,
d. Small to medium vans and mini buses: To carry 10 to 19 passengers.
e. Medium to large bus to carry 20 to 30 passengers.
f. Helicopter – Charter.
g.Dandi - Kandi (an improvised chair / palanquin carried by men - reminds
one of royalty in medieval Europe - extremely safe and recommended for
those with fear of heights) and Ponies.
During the Treks, service of ponies and porters
will be available on request.
Accommodation for the Mystical Himalayas Tour–
The tour will provide best accommodation available in each of the places.
In some places arrangements have specially been made with major chain
resorts providing deluxe self-contained Swiss tents. These carpeted en-suite
facilities normally provide a Double bed, coffee table, chairs, dressing
cupboards etc.

Highest grades available, with en-suite facilities. Generally privately
owned.
B.
Medium Class
Mostly with en-suite facilities and Eastern toilet systems. Managed by
state and small entrepreneurs.

For Budget Pilgrims
C called Dharamshalas - are mostly managed by charitable Institutes. Accommodation
quality may vary from high grade for selective pilgrims to run-down facilities.
Often taken as last resort by those seeking creature comforts.
D.
Home stay
5 to 14 days and 15+ days.

Terms and Conditions

All tours originating from UK are covered for air transport. Passengers
are to take other Travel Insurance before starting the tour. Kohli Travel
is available to provide the air tickets.
Tour members travelling on their own are to assemble at designated venue
at appointed time. Missing the transport will mean guests making alternative
arrangements at their own cost.
Package Tour costs include portage of up to 20 Kg of passenger baggage.
Additional baggage / cases will cost extra.
The tourists are to take care of their belongings and valuable items like
camera, personal ornaments including watches.
Misplacement,
loss or damage of personal belongings will be a matter of Insurance. Theme
Tours India may, however, assist to make appropriate claims.
Tourists are advised to bring torch, raincoat, heavy woollen clothes and
medicines as per doctor's advice.
Only Vegetarian meals served in routes covered in the `Pilgrimage' sector.

As some Treks involve gradual or steep inclines, those needing help, ponies
and dandies (local palanquins) can be made available at extra cost.
